Beneficiary Provision Options

Option 1: Distributions to children, or other descendants, at age 18
Upon your death (or upon the death of both spouses in the Trust Plan - Married or the Will Plan - Married), assets to be divided into as many equal shares as you have living children and deceased children with living descendants.
