Will Plan

The Will Plan is the minimum that we recommend for our clients. It includes the most important documents that let you designate beneficiaries of your assets, name guardians for your children if they are under the age of 18, and designate individuals to make your financial and medical decisions if you are unable to do so yourself. However, this plan does not avoid the probate court upon your death without specific planning with each of your assets. Review the beneficiary options prior to purchasing.

This package includes the following documents:

  1. Last Will and Testament

  2. Tangible Personal Property Gift List

  3. Financial Power of Attorney

  4. Medical Power of Attorney

  5. Assets and Post-Death Administration Instructions

$179 (single) / $279 (married)

Trust Plan

The Trust Plan includes everything provided in the Will Plan, with the addition of a Trust that will allow you to avoid the probate court upon your death. This plan is recommended for those that wish to avoid the costs and expenses of the probate court, and is the better option for business owners, property owners, those with significant assets, and anyone else with a complex situation. Review the beneficiary options prior to purchasing.

This package includes the following documents:

  1. Revocable Trust

  2. Last Will and Testament

  3. Tangible Personal Property Gift List

  4. Financial Power of Attorney

  5. Medical Power of Attorney

  6. General Assignment to Trust

  7. Transfer-on-Death Designation for Vehicle

  8. Trust Funding Instructions

$599 (single) / $699 (married)

Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan includes everything provided in the Trust Plan or the Will Plan (depending on your specific needs), but with a more tailored approach. This plan includes up to three 30-minute attorney consultations, allows for the customization of beneficiary provisions, and includes documents to transfer Michigan business interests and 1 Michigan real estate property into the Trust or to specific beneficiaries. This plan is best for those that have a complex financial situation, or simply want more guidance throughout the process.
